Thank you to this establishment! The young men were very professional. Rental company Had gave us a car that had a bent rim as we head up to Colorado from San Antonio. For about 4hrs i had to stop at every gas station or pull over and use my compressor to put air in tire. The gentleman here took wheel off and saw that it was bent. The older gentleman I assume is manager or owner let me and my dog stay on property while my wife went to go exchange rentals! Thank yall for the hospitality and professionalism.

Full service, including ON-SITE service. They did 8 tires on 2 vehicles for me, and it was quick and easy. They were on time, professional, courteous, and worked hard in the heat. Two vehicles that hadn’t been moved or started in 20+ years, so there were challenges, but no complaining! Just getting it done! Price was right too! Highly recommend!!!!!

Arrived in Lubbock for my mother’s partial hip replacement surgery, stepped out of the car and immediately heard my tire going flat in her driveway. Called Bill Williams Tire Center for repairs. They arrived within 30 minutes. The tire was trashed. Bill Williams Tire was able to get a new tire, it mounted, and balanced by the time I returned from the hospital. Service was AMAZING!! Thank you Bill William’s Tire for making an already stressful situation a non-event. 10+ service rating!!

Just had a set of new tires put on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I went with the Falken Wildpeak AT4W tires. Bill Williams had the in stock, stuck to the quote, and got right to me. Less than an hour. Tires were about $120 less than the big discount competitor. Throw in all the add ons that the competitor automatically put in the quote and I saved well over $300. Well worth it! I’ll be back on my next sets of tires. Highly recommend! Update! About three weeks after getting new tires installed, I noticed a nail in the passenger rear tire. I brought it back in, and they repaired it at no charge — which I truly appreciated. A few weeks later, the same tire got another puncture, this time in the school parking lot where my son attends. He called me saying he couldn’t get the lug nuts loose no matter what he tried. I left work to help out. Now, I’m 6'9" and 345 pounds — I rarely meet a fastener I can't break loose. But even I ended up twisting the factory Toyota lug wrench nearly 90 degrees trying to get the lug nuts off. It’s likely that during the initial flat repair, the tech didn’t check the torque settings on the impact wrench, which caused the over-tightening. BW responded qu
